So, as home fitness products go, this is certainly one of the better ones we’ve seen.  It’s a balanced regime that combines exercise with nutrition, and gently ramps up the volume over the 8-week period, meaning that results are guaranteed (as long as you stick with the program, naturally).

We particularly like the fact that whilst this does cause a person to lose weight fast, it’s not a ‘quick fix’ program that means you’re only going to put it all on again (and more), once you get to the end.  This is a ‘change your body for life’ exercise program, not some crazy diet that only has a short lasting effect.

In a nutshell, we really like the 90 Second Fat Loss program.  If you’re thinking on spending some cash on a home fitness regime, you could do far worse than choose this one if it’s results you’re looking for.
