Exercise is mostly mental and when your daily life has taken away your mental drive your physical drive will soon follow.
Learn how to stop and take in a few moments of calm before you embark on any new activity. Turn off all your gadgets and devices for a little while and give your mind a rest. You’ll be amazed at the results when you see what happens when you give your mind a rest.
Get Enough Sleep
Sleep should become a priority in your life and not just something you can catch when you can. When we get enough sleep we are better equipped to handle just about anything. Make sure that you get between 7-9 hours of sleep every night to help you function better throughout the day. Without an adequate amount of sleep we won’t be able to focus on our daily tasks or a workout.
You also want to make sure that you get consistent sleep in order to make sure your body is running smoothly. There is no such thing as a sleep bank where you can sleep extra long on one night a week and hardly catch any the others. When you maintain a consistent sleep schedule your health will be that much better.
